Product Design Intern (UI/UX)

Design interfaces that feel as emotionally intelligent as the AI behind them.

About the Role

At Eunoie, the design is not a skin on top of the AI — it is part of the intelligence. You will design the full user experience of the Nora platform: the moments of check-in, the gentle nudges, the conversation UI, and the emotional insight dashboards. Every pixel you design will be felt.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end UX of the Eunoie platform — from onboarding to daily emotional check-ins
  • Design conversation UI patterns that reduce friction and increase emotional safety
  • Build and maintain a design system that encodes Eunoie's emotional design language
  • Conduct user research with closed beta users to identify friction and emotional dissonance
  • Prototype interactions in Figma and work directly with engineers to ship pixel-accurate implementations
  • Define UX contracts for AI conversation flows — tone, pacing, visual hierarchy, safe-exit affordances

What we're looking for

  • A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work with real shipped products — not just Dribbble concepts
  • Deep understanding of emotional design principles, accessibility, and inclusive design
  • Proficiency in Figma including component libraries, auto-layout, and prototyping
  • Experience designing for conversational or AI-driven interfaces is a strong plus
  • Ability to think in systems: you design components and the rules for how they combine
  • Comfort working in ambiguity — Eunoie is early stage and you will define norms, not follow them

Why Eunoie?

You will be the person who decides how emotional intelligence actually feels to a user. This is one of the most consequential design roles at an early-stage AI company — and you will have full ownership of it.
