Founder's Story
We didn't set out to build a company. We set out to solve a problem we'd lived.
It started in a small teaching academy, where I worked with students who had "failed." That's what the system called them. But I saw something different.
I saw a young woman who froze during exams—not because she didn't know the answers, but because she'd convinced herself she wasn't smart enough to deserve success.
I saw a student who could solve complex problems in conversation but couldn't translate that confidence onto paper.
I saw over 120 individuals who didn't lack ability. They lacked someone who believed in them when it mattered most.
That's when I realized: The difference between success and failure isn't always skill. It's often just one moment—one conversation—where someone has the right words, the right perspective, the right support.
The Gap We Couldn't Ignore
Fast forward to my third year studying AI and Machine Learning. I was surrounded by brilliant technology—AI that could write essays, solve equations, generate code. But there was something missing.
None of it understood people.
AI could tell you what to do. But it couldn't tell you how to walk into that intimidating meeting. It couldn't help you find the words when your voice shook. It couldn't sense when you needed reassurance versus when you needed a push.
And that's the gap where people lose.
The gap between knowing and doing. Between information and transformation. Between having the answer and having the courage to use it.
We decided to build something for that gap.
Eunoie Was Born From a Simple Belief
Emotional intelligence isn't a luxury. It's the difference between potential and performance.
Through my work with the Art of Living—organizing community programs, volunteering at global conferences, witnessing thousands of people rediscover themselves through simple practices of awareness and connection—I learned something crucial:
People don't just need information. They need to be understood.
They need someone who sees past their resume to their self-doubt. Someone who recognizes the fear beneath the brave face. Someone who knows when to challenge them and when to hold space for them.
That's what we built Eunoie to be.
