About the Role
At Eunoie, we're building the world's first Emotional Intelligence AI ecosystem. The product is being built. What we need now is someone who can take that vision and make strangers stop, lean in, and feel something — before they've ever used it. This isn't about posting on a schedule. It's about building a presence so compelling that by the time Eunoie launches, people are already waiting at the door.
What you'll do
- ›Creating content that stops the scroll — posts, captions, short-form video, reels across Instagram and LinkedIn
- ›Building and growing Eunoie's community from the ground up — no paid ads, just real presence and genuine connection
- ›Starting real conversations with potential users — DMs, comments, communities — one person at a time
- ›Turning followers into believers and believers into users — that's the whole job
- ›Keeping the community engaged, energized, and emotionally connected to what Eunoie is building
- ›Tracking what resonates, cutting what doesn't, and moving fast
What we're looking for
- ›You make people feel seen — in writing, in conversation, in everything you put out
- ›Creative instinct — you know what content will land before it does
- ›An existing audience or community of your own — you've already built trust with people online
- ›Genuine belief in what Eunoie is building — you can't evangelize something you don't feel
- ›Self-driven — you don't wait to be told what to post, who to reach, or how to grow
- ›You move fast and think in momentum — when something works, you double down immediately

- ›Experience managing social media for a brand or community
- ›Background in content creation, copywriting, or community management
