About the Role

At Eunoie, every AI persona begins as a grimoire — a living document that defines who they are from the inside out. Their voice. Their emotional range. Their contradictions. The way they hold silence. The way they push back. The things they would never say. Your job is to write that grimoire. Nora is our first persona — witty, sassy, sharp, and honest. More are coming. Each one must feel like a completely distinct human presence — not a chatbot, not a script, but a being with emotional depth that a model can learn from and become.

What you'll do

• ›Build the grimoire for each Eunoie persona — their soul, voice, values, emotional triggers, rules of engagement, and contradictions
• ›Create training data that teaches the model exactly who each persona is — how they think, feel, shift, and stay consistent across thousands of interactions
• ›Define the emotional rules of each persona — what they never say, how they comfort, how they challenge, how they hold space
• ›Craft the wit, sass, and sharpness that makes each persona feel alive — not clinical, not generic, unmistakably themselves
• ›Build a system precise enough to train a model, rich enough to feel truly human
• ›Write in multiple distinct voices without losing authenticity or breaking character

• ›Deep emotional intelligence — you understand nuance, subtext, and the space between words
• ›World-building instinct — you can build a complete personality from the inside out

Nice to have

• ›Background in screenwriting, narrative design, dialogue writing, or interactive fiction
• ›Experience writing distinct characters across different emotional registers
• ›Knowledge of psychology, human behaviour, or emotional dynamics
• ›Experience in game design, interactive fiction, or role-play writing
• ›Familiarity with world-building — you've built characters that live beyond the page
